Kiwi Bingo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these offers at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check here for changes and updates.

Kiwi Bingo has a generous bonus scheme but it is important that you understand how it works. If you are a regular player at Kiwi Bingo, you will receive three types of bonus. Deposit bonuses, which are awarded when you make a deposit, Chat Game Bonuses, which are awarded when you win one of our regular Chat games and Promotional bonuses.

Deposit Bonuses - get up to 110%!!

Kiwi Bingo has one of the most generous bonus programs for loyal players. Your bonuses can be used to play bingo - but all your prizes and jackpots are paid in pure cash. Here's how the best bonus system in the business works:

Deposit using your Credit Card and we'll give you 100% bonus on your first deposit and 50% on every deposit you make after that. Use any other payment method and we'll give you an extra 10% bonus on top of this....that's 110% on first deposits and 60% after that.

For example:

- If your first deposit is $30, we'll add an extra $33 to your bonus account.

- If you make a subsequent deposit of $30, we'll add an extra $18 to your bonus account.

The maximum bonus on deposits using Credit Card is $100. The maximum bonus on deposits using any other payment method is $120 .

PLEASE NOTE:

• The First Deposit Bonus is limited to one bonus per new player. Existing account holders are not eligible. Deposit bonuses are paid into your Bonus Balance, but have to be redeemed by purchasing bingo cards or playing the in-game Slots or Scratch Cards. (See "How it Works" below).
• Funds which are redeposited into your account following reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.

Chat Room Bonuses

Bonuses that you earn in the Chat Room will be paid into your Bonus Balance and can be used immediately. You can only qualify for Chat Bonuses if you are playing in the current bingo game and you are actively in chat. Players who have not purchased cards, will not be entitled to receive Chat Bonuses.

Referral Bonuses

Referral Bonuses will be paid into your Bonus Balance and can be used immeadiately. (See "How it Works" below).

Birthday Bonus

Birthday Bonuses are given to loyal players at the discretion of our staff and can be used immediately. Bear in mind that cash will always be used before any bonus money.

Signup Bonuses

Signup Bonuses arevgiven to new players to enable them to try the games before making a purchase. These bonuses are subject to the following rules:

Players cannot withdraw any money from Kiwi Bingo unless they have made a successful deposit into their Kiwi Bingo account. Non depositors who want to withdraw must deposit and play out at least $20 by purchasing bingo cards before their withdrawal will be processed. E.g. A non depositing player wants to withdraw $15 won by playing using a 'free signup bonus' - they must deposit $20 and then buy bingo cards for at least $20 before the original $15 withdrawal will be processed. For withdrawals over $20 the equivalent figure must be deposited and played out by purchasing bingo cards before the withdrawal will be processed. E.g. A non depositing player wants to withdraw $80 won by using a 'free signup bonus' to play in a normal 'pay to play' game - they must deposit $80 and then spend $80 on bingo cards before the original $80 withdrawal will be processed. Players who have deposited into their Kiwi Bingo account prior to winning are not subject to these additional Signup Bonus terms.

Other Bonuses

Any bonuses for which specific terms are not quoted will have to be redeemed before they can be used for play. (See "How it Works" below).

Bonus System Overview

Your account at Kiwi Bingo has two main balances which are visible at the bottom right of your screen.

 

Balance	This is your Cash Balance and is where all your deposits and your winnings will be credited.
Bonus Balance	This is where all your bonus money is paid. If you "hover" over the Bonus Balance, a pop-up window will show you the breakdown of your Bonus Balance as follows: Bonus money available for play (Remember, that any cash in your Balance is used before Bonus money.) Bonus money that has to be redeemed before it can be used for play

 

How it Works

1. When you receive a bonus for a Chat Game or a referral, it will be paid into your Bonus Balance and can be used immediately to buy bingo cards.

   Remember, that any cash in your Balance is used before your Bonus money.

2. All deposit bonuses and some promotional bonuses have to be redeemed before they can be used for play.
   
   These bonuses are redeemed by purchasing bingo cards or playing the in-game Slots or Scratch Cards. As you purchase bingo cards or play on the in-game Slots and Scratch cards, this bonus money is redeemed at the rate of 50% of the wager.

   e.g. if you spend $2 on bingo cards, in-game slots or scratchers,, $1 of any unredeemed bonus money will be redeemed.
   

3. Bonus money cannot be cashed out and remains the property of Kiwi Bingo.
   
   Please note that if you withdraw funds, any bonus money in your Bonus Balance that has not been redeemed will be removed. If you do not wish to lose these bonuses, we recommend that you add sufficient funds to purchase cards so that you can redeem bonus money into your Bonus Balance before making the withdrawal.

Bonus FAQs

Why can't I buy any cards when I have money in my bonus balance?

This means that you have used your cash balance and all your Playable Bonus Funds. The funds remaining in your Bonus Balance have not yet been redeemed. If you hover the mouse cursor over the Bonus Balance display in the game, a pop-up will tell you how much of your bonus balance is playable and how much is waiting to be redeemed by the purchase of cards or by play on the in-games slots/scratchers. In order to redeem more funds into your Bonus Balance, you will have to make a deposit so that you can purchase more cards or play more games on the in-game Slots/Scratchers. Every $1 you spend on bingo cards, Scratchers or in-game Slots releases $0.50 from your Non-Playable Bonus into your Playable Bonus.

Why can't I play Captain's Treasure? There is money in my bonus balance?

The slot games accessed via the "More Games" button can only be played for cash. Chinese Kitchen, Gold Rally, Jacks or Better, Captain's Treasure, Goblin's Cave, Ocean Princess, Highway Kings, Vacation Station, Keno, Cinerama, Megaball, Fruit Mania and American Roulette.

Why has all my bonus money been removed after I withdrew my winnings?

When you make a withdrawal any funds in your Bonus Balance that have not been redeemed are removed. If you do not wish to lose this bonus money, you can first "release" it by purchasing bingo cards or playing the in-games slots/scratchers. Remember, every $1 you spend on bingo cards, Scratchers or in-game Slots releases $0.50 from your Non Playable Bonus Balance into your Playable Bonus Balance.

Remember that bonus money can only be used to purchase bingo cards and to play on the in-game slots and scratch cards. Bonus money cannot be used on slots and video poker games accessed via the "More Games" button nor will play on these games release any Unredeemed bonus money.

 

Kiwi Bingo reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player(s) are participating in strategies that Kiwi Bingo in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, Kiwi Bingo reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Kiwi Bingo will be final.
